The Program Director is responsible for the "on air" sound of the station. Detailed responsibilities includes the selection of music for broadcast; maintaining the station's music and production libraries; immediate supervisor for the station's on-air talent including the News Director; creates and implements on-air audience promotions (e.g., contests); and manages the scheduling and quality control of all locally produced commercials or programming. In addition, our Program Director may also be heard on the 106.3 airwaves as an on-air personality.
